Comment from disgusted on 2014-12-28 02:33:37: The property manager here is very rude and hateful. You're wasting your time filing any type of complaint to her, she will do absolutely nothing about it. She singles out certain new residents and will talk to you like you are ignorant. The photos shown on actual websites are not what the inside really looks like. There are residents around here that will smoke drugs outside right in front of your children.God forbid you complain because nothing will be done.It will not be investigated, The parks are so outdated,there's not much for your child to play on.Come winter time it will take over a week to have your parking lot cleared so plan on shoveling your way out just to get to work in the morning/afternoon. I've had my own personal run in with the property manager when I had first moved in here. If I could catch her up on discrimination I would.She will try to charge you for things fixed in your house that is considered routine maintenance. I'd suggest if you consider moving in here to first ask the neighbors around here what their experience has been like. The maintenance lady is the only nice person with management. She deserves a raise and promotion. I'd rather her be the manager. She will wait until about two weeks to tell you what your new rent will be for the next month so make sure you know your own percentage.
