From community events including birthday parties, live entertainment, pot luck dinners, coffee mornings and card games in our newly remodeled community room to taking care of all your maintenance needs in your apartment home. We have full time onsite management and maintenance staff available during office hours and 24 hour emergency maintenance available on request. Additionally we have a service coordinator who works with residents to ensure they have access to all services they are eligible. Whether you choose our 570ft² one bedroom apartment home or our 780ft² two bedroom apartment home, your new home will come as standard with P-TAC heating and A/C for all year round comfort, kitchen equipped with oven/range, refrigerator and disposal, combination shower/tub with grab bars, quality carpet, vinyl, vertical and mini blinds with private balcony or patio. All our homes also feature emergency call systems and pets upto 20lbs are welcome with a small pet deposit and no pet rent. Our 80 apartment home community is a smoke free five story high-rise with two elevators, indoor mailboxes, no more trips to outside mailboxes during the freezing winter months, a convenient onsite laundry, community room, beauty shop and BBQ grills.
