Details: Holiday Village I - This building consists of 20 one-bedroom apartments and are specifically designed for those that are elderly, disabled or handicapped. The entire building is one level. Each apartment has air conditioning, dishwashers and a full kitchen. The bathrooms are easily accessible and have a sit-down style shower. There are coin operated laundry facilities and a large community room with a full kitchen available. The apartments also have front or rear entry, off street parking with handicapped accessibility. Close to shopping, clinic, pharmacy and dining. This building is funded by HUD and Tax Credit, rent is based on 30% of gross income. Rent includes heat, water, electricity and garbage collection. The resident must pay phone and/or cable. Medical expenses are used in determining rent at this property. If you are interested please feel free to make contact with us. Holiday Village II - There are 20 of these two and three bedroom townhouse style apartments located just south of the Holiday Village Elderly building. Each apartment has air conditioning located on the main floor. There is a full kitchen with dishwashers included. The living room is on the main floor with the bedrooms and bath (includes tub and shower) located on the second level. There are laundry hook-ups located on the second floor also. Each apartment has a front and rear entry. There is a community playground located directly between the family apartments and the elderly building. A large parking lot is also included for convenience. We drive slowly here because we love our children! Close to grocery, clinic and dining. This building is also funded by HUD and Tax Credit, rent is based on 30% of gross income. The resident is responsible to pay for all utilities at this location but a utility allowance is granted at this building.
