Comment from Patricia Deveau on 2022-01-11 12:58:41: I was there for a year. New management took over and was disgruntled towards people who were friends with the old management. New management found ways to get rid of these people. I happened to be one of them. I had Covid-19. I was barely clinging to life when they decided to do an inspection during Quarantine giving me less then 24 hours' notice. I was told they will not renew my lease. This was due in part to me having a voice and standing up to Marshawn when she called me to be a liar. If you live there, whatever you do, to stay there, you need to never disagree with Management.

Comment from Dianne on 2022-01-11 12:56:27: I do NOT recommend living in the Tower. New President of the board has too much say so and does not have compassion for the elderly or sick. My mom lived there and felt harassed and mentioned how they went into her apartment while she lay there dying of Covid-19 and they demanded to see her medical records as proof that she even had Covid. They need to be more away of the law as this is against HIPPA! Don't get on her bad side. You will never live it down. She was given a 30-day notice that they would not renew her month-to-month contract again while she lay there dying of Covid. As it turned out she spent 2 weeks in the hospital due to Covid-19 shutting down vital organs. Her own Dr. told us that she was so close to death they didn't think she would make it and yet this BULLY of a businesswoman would not give her the peace and love that she needed!
