Comment from The whole D block on 2024-10-04 00:19:34: The lady Laquisha Dunn Manager is one of the most evil people I've ever met. She is mean to the tenants. These folk already have it bad enough. Ms. Dunn turn in papers late so tenants can not receive their utility checks. She stalks people on the premises daily. Told one tenant she cant feed the birds....because it dirties the block. Mind u the birds eat all of the food and leave no crumbs. She states we can not leave trash bags in front of home for bystanders to put trash in instead of littering. Well if maintenance cleaned in from of the apartments daily...i dont think we would have this problem. Some folk get a little authority and dont act the same. I guess she had to be nice so u guys could hire her. Her true colors are showing and they dont reflect your brand at all
