Details: Millersville Manor is an active, adult-living community where you can experience an enjoyable lifestyle in a convenient and pleasant setting. You will be able to entertain friends and relatives and make new friends through participation in a variety of social activities. Millersville Manor is located in Millersville, Pennsylvania, a quiet, residential neighborhood. Daily buses connect residents with the entire Millersville and Lancaster communities which include shopping centers, churches, and Penn Square. Each apartment includes blinds, wall to wall carpeting and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. The bathrooms are spacious with sinks, vanities and equipped with safety grab bars while, kitchens come equipped with stainless steel sinks, cabinets, stove and refrigerator. Your rent, as set by HUD, will be approximately 30% of your adjusted income. Counted as income is social security, pensions, interest, dividends, disability payments and all forms of compensation. Deductions are taken from your income for medical expenses and health insurance premiums. Heat and air conditioning are included in the rental rate. Each apartment has individually controlled heat and air conditioning. The building boasts a laundry room, a spacious parking area, a picnic area and a community room with a large screen television. Pets are welcome, too. Millersville Manor has a front door call system, 24-hour emergency maintenance and cameras security system. You must be at least 62 years of age or older or disabled to be eligible to have at Millersville Manor. You must also qualify within the income limits set by HUD. You will enjoy social events coordinated by the Property Manager with input and assistance from the residents. A few of the many activities are Holiday events, church services, bingo, and bus trips to local businesses and casinos.
