Ms Esther Flam is at far the scared manager in this village, she received complain from at person with fotos and videos about what happened in some unit and around the place,she only give hard time to dos in good standard,she knows how there are in bad matter,(dealer, smokers weed, trouble maker,noise , cars,from other state,people's that live here that not supposed staying on properties,ectr too name some) she is the reason this apartment are unsafe , resident sales cars, drug's ,she doesn't want to aproch those people,that no are decent, she(manager) supposed inspection the units ,but only three o fourth times the same units , leaving the ones that have people with fire arms ,drugs ,bad habbit, and by that this place became unsafe for people with low income, becouse by dos with nice cars and fear face,they have air-conditioning and camaras ,inside the apartment, from Thursday afternoon to Monday morning people came from another state, town to parties, smoke, drink, sale drugs,used the village like resort,she have pics,videos from lady that complain to her ,so far she don't do nothing to remove thus resident(real tenant kids)the parent have house on other place , and used this units for the kid/son that sale drugs inside apartment and outside, with white arm and fire arms, this people are the same unit/apartment by the same people came every weekend, faster cars driving with kids Ride bike and. Walking ,I tell you much to say hopefully you get to Ms Flam o the authority
