Comment from Marissa on 2019-12-02 12:07:13: This building is NOT new. The GFCI sockets in every apartment blow all the time. There is nothing in Waterford except traffic...no McDonalds, no Tim Horton's, etc. As in all apartment buildings there is no privacy and no smoking.

The other review is correct, the gfci sockets blow if you use a bathroom light the sockets blow in the kitchen. I was told this happens everyones apartment. Also told half the windows don't open. The heat doesn't work properly. No privacy.

You have to run the hot water in the bathroom faucets in order to get hot enough water in the kitchen to do the dishes. The GFCI sockets blow all the time, if you turn off the light in the bathroom the sockets blow in the kitchen. The heat does not cycle on and off properly leaving you with 80 degree heat or too cold. The carpets are indoor/outdoor. The walls creak and crack constantly. No privacy whatsoever. Plenty of parking.
