Comment from Karen Bombalski on 2024-10-04 00:03:41: Do not rent here. I have been here and never had problem. New owner and now being forced out. Stating renovating all 1 bed rooms and can not renew at end of lease in Aug. They told me today. Also made comment I have to leave 60 day notice. There the ones pushing me out. I have put up with spider ants cracked walls in the End to be told move (yes I kept pictures) they by the way just rented a 1 bed room not updated this month. Garbage piles up . I'm senior I believe they are prejudice. Trust me waste of time and money. They can kick you out end of year lease not caring if you have any where else when your out
