Comment from Pamela on 2013-04-08 15:56:38: I,m a tenant here at 611 Edgewood, with an issue with the office. I recently placed a maintenance ticket for a problem in my unit, since it did not get fixed the day of the ticket, I was coming into the building and thought to stop in the offic and inquire about the issue, well, I was questioned didn't she already put in the ticket for it, and that my ticket is not priority and that they would get to it when they can, that they have other more ticket that have priority over mine even though their ticket just got placed!. How much time can it take to change a heat lamp! I'm offended by this, and don't know how to go about letting them know how I felt about all of this. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
