Comment from melvin glasgow on 2020-03-23 12:45:56: It's sad when there are 146 units at second northwest coop. homes, and only 35 to 40 members show up to the members meeting. Second Northwest Coop. Homes is being pursuit by developers who don't care about nothing but money. I seen the bad, the ugly, now I'm seeing the good, 2nd NW became a war zone, I don't need to get into the details right now, but their are still some members who witness what I am talking about, and they are still living here, not because they couldn't afford to live any where else, it's because they knew what this community was like when they first moved around here before it became a war zone, for these members, 2nd NW Coop. is not just a place to live, 2nd NW Coop. is their home, that's why they stayed when things got bad and ugly. Now that the good had been restored, we are threaten by another monster who call themselves developers, they didn't want it when it was full of confusion at 2nd NW Coop.. Some of the old members come to the meeting because they know the history of 2nd NW Coop. and this is their home, to the new members, if you think that your present and voice don't matter, you are sadly mistaken, it's time to come out to the meeting and see for yourself what's going on, this is where you are living right now, you have the right to be heard. No justice, no peace. Anybody who try to force someone out of their homes don't have any morals or principal, and that's what I call a monster. So lets stand together and save our community, their is strength in numbers.

Comment from No name on 2021-05-18 14:17:45: This is the worst place I have ever lived. They are scammers as well when you give them that money. They won't even provide you with the equity calculation paperwork and make you lose your money purposely not finding someone to vacate it when you move out. The manager in the office is very rude and the assistant says and does everything he tell her to cover each other. They do not fix any maintenance requests and do not act professional at all. They stressed me out so bad, I just had to move and take them to court.
