Details: This Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community is a fifty-six unit complex in Cadiz consisting of 14 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom, and 14 three-bedroom apartments. All apartments are non-smoking, furnished with stove and refrigerator, and have central heat and air conditioning. Rent is based on the Section 8 program and includes water, sewer, and trash collection. Tenants are responsible for the cost of electric. Deductions are given for families with minors, as well as medical deductions for elderly tenants. Bingham Terrace also offers children ages 3-18 a summer and after school program through the A-Z Learning Lab. At the A-Z Learning Lab we believe students are capable of much more than what is expected of them and only need the proper attitude, guidance, and resources in order to flourish. We meet learners where they are, whether behind or ahead, and challenge them to meet their full potential, both in school and in life.
