We are an income-restricted community and rent is based on income.

Comment from MadExResident on 2014-12-15 20:25:46: The Greenview Gardens is the worst low income place, and even more unpleasant to great residents. This place has caused me so much grief, and they have absolutely no idea, but they wouldn't care anyway, these people have no souls, and like any other filthy rich republican headed straight for hell . I got evicted, simply because I enrolled in college. As unbelievable as this sounds, I wouldn't tell a lie. I received a refund from Financial Aid, Owner's Management considered that an income and raised my rent from $76 to $700, let me remind you, that I only received this once a semester, that is a two year college. This incident occurred in 2010, and I kid you not 2 kids later 2014, I am still screwed up, homeless and no hope for happiness. I've even moved away from the city out into a bigger much more to offer state, and I'm still stuck with this eviction, yes this is exactly how i imagined life to be :(. Please someone speak out on my behalf, i wasn't a disturbing resident, and i am a very awesome individual. I hope to settle my debt i just really want my eviction lifted and faxed in writing. Although I bashed the place I still have no hard feelings, everybody takes a fall, beginning with a first apartment, but unlike many, I've learned my lesson.
