Comment from Jackie Wolf on 2016-08-18 13:44:56: Carroll Village in Flora, IN is going thru changes, that in my opinion are not for the betterment of the facility. Since their longtime property manager left a few months ago there has been little to no property management. There is no supervision of the tenants, nor maintenance of the facility. The lobby is not clean, front doors being propped open, leaving the tenants safety at risk, not adhering to smoking rules, non tenants spending lots of time and nights in the building, light bulbs burnt out, unclean front bathroom, no apartment inspections being completed. Overall a significant decline in management.
