Details: Vista Montaño offers fifty-four 1-bedroom and two 2-bedroom unfurnished Section 8 project based apartments. ADA accessible units are also available. All units have gas ranges, refrigerators and refrigerated air conditioning. The complex is nicely landscaped with trees, shrubs and grass. A full-time maintenance staff takes care of the apartments and grounds maintaining a high standard of excellence. There are laundry facilities, a soda machine and a community center on the premises. Villa Montaño is located within the Socorro City Limits, between Interstate 25 and Route 60. There are many amenities nearby; restaurants, banks, grocery stores, movie theaters, hair salons, pharmacies, and a post office are all less than a mile away. Socorro residents have chosen the location not only for its small town quality of life (Socorro County has a population of 18,177) but also for the sense of community pride and spirit, low crime rate, and low cost of living.
