Details: Marian Gardens is a community of 94 apartment homes distributed among 14 buildings in a quiet area tucked in behind the Lynnway, a major road in Lynn with many retail and service shops. The property is within walking distance of a number of schools, churches, playgrounds and the Lynn Common, making it ideal for families. With 44 two-bedroom, 44 three-bedroom and 6 four-bedroom apartments, there is a long waiting list for these rent-assisted units. Marian Gardens features its very own park, with a basketball court and a number of play structures. The city in 2012 gave the park the name Ernest Pleasant, a much appreciated Lynn native who has worked as Maintenance Superintendent at Marian Gardens since 1987. In addition, a separate building houses the management office and includes a community room that can be reserved by residents for special events.
