Comment from Tenant on 2025-05-04 01:33:29: They need to address maintenance issues. When I've made a request the manager never even sends maintenance to come fix anything that's broken. There is mold, my oven hasn't worked for a year in a half, my furnace isn't working, my electrical sockets have blown and there is black marks on the sockets where a spark came out of the plug in... just to name a few. The manager says she is not the manager, yet on paperwork her name is signed under manager. I was told they fired her, but the new company that is taking over is rehiring her. She says she can't get into the computers. The place is in poor condition! Don't move in to this place
