Each of our 90 apartment homes offers central heat and air for all year round comfort, kitchen equipped with oven/range, refrigerator and double basin sink with garbage disposal, full bathroom with shower/tub combo and emergency call system to alert staff in the event of an emergency situation. And to top it off, we cover electricity, gas, water and trash collection and have onsite management and maintenance during office hours with 24/7 emergency maintenance on call for your piece of mind.
