Comment from nancy baltinsky on 2022-01-12 10:14:37: i lived in olathe towers before moving in, the manager promised to meet me at the door so I could get in and release my movers. she did NOT meet me. It cost a lot to keep the mover waiting, Also I asked that they not put me in an apartment above a trash recepticle--they did just that--at 3 AM i was awoken by trash trucks. when i moved in in May not a plant/flower was blooming. I took blooming plants with me from drexel mo and had the patios beautifully land scaped/ however the management was allowing a plaster statue of a deer's head with sharp antlers to sit in the patio--i continually warned them to move it--I was fearing some little child would stumble on it during a grandparent visit--well, one evening when it was twilight I was watering the landscaping I did on the patio--I accidentally came upon that deer head and was cut --blood spilling out--i called what was supposed to be the night clerk and she simply told me to dial 911--I would have bled to death waiting for 911 to help--i had to use rubber gloves to make a tourniquete and drove to the emergency room--it took 9 stitches. My leg is permanently bruised, unsightly and embarrisinh. also the no smoking rules were being violated by a former resident who was kicked out allowed to come back and pester anyone wanting to sit on the patio--he followed them and deliberately blew smoke in their faces. management did nothing to help me or friends who had to contend with this man. also I asked to br allowed to move to college way village and the girl at front desk refused to help me nancy baltinsky 816 433 6178; 1C 909 north 4th drexel mo 64742
