Details: Park Manor Apartments is a community that provides one bedroom, one bath apartments for people that are at least 55 years old or persons with a disability. There are also a limited number of two bedroom and efficiency units. We accept Housing Authority vouchers and we also have our own in-house Section 8 program that residents can apply. It is an income based program. Located in Irving, Texas and close to major shopping and dining areas, we are only minutes away from the Irving Mall and the Heritage Senior Center. There is a neighborhood park next door, and a convenience store close by, but with everything that’s going on at Park Manor; you may never want to leave your home! Do as little, or as much as YOU like. Cards, dominoes, billiards, TV, puzzles, and exercise, are just a few of the activities that are available when YOU want them. There are beautifully decorated lobby areas so you can visit with your new friends, read a book, newspaper or simply “hang out” when you don’t feel like being in your apartment.
