Details: Midtown Manor is a Section 202 Project-Based Section 8 property designed for elderly persons (62 years of age or older) or persons with a disability (18 years or older) that is administered by the U. S. Department of HUD, and is designated to attract applicants for occupancy from all potentially eligible groups of people in the housing area regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, marital status, source of income, age, ancestry, medical condition, sexual orientation or any other arbitrary basis. Midtown Manor has one and two bedroom units available for rent. To be eligible for occupancy at this property, there must be a match between the applicant’s family size and the unit size available at Midtown Manor. Midtown Manor is located in northwest Wichita Falls, close to downtown, I-44, shopping and dining. Each unit has its own PTAC unit for A/C & Heat. Our residents enjoy a wide range of renovated amenities and upgraded security features. Our professional staff looks forward to providing you with the highest standard of professional property management and are committed to improving the communities where we live.
