Details: Pecan Place Apartments is a well-maintained community consisting of ten, one-story buildings on a three-acre site. Seven of the buildings consist of four, cottage-style apartments; while two buildings are long, side-by-side apartments; and the tenth building houses a laundry, community room, manager’s office/apartment, and a lovely patio for residents and visitors to enjoy. This community is for residents who are a minimum of 62 years of age, or who are mobility impaired as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Residents can use the para-transit shuttle which provides transportation to grocery stores, shopping areas, banks, medical appointments, and the downtown area. Pets are welcomed but a deposit is required and there are size limitations. Our Residents actively participate in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. A Social Service Coordinator is available for resident’s personal needs. Pecan Place is a smoke-free community. Studio & One Bedroom Apartments Include: Bathroom with Safety Features; Full Kitchen; Individually Controlled Heat & Air Conditioning; Smoke Detectors; Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-Site Laundry Room; Individual Indoor Mailboxes; Ample Lighting on Grounds; Cottage-Style Homes; Patios; Community Room; Convenient Shuttle Transportation; On-Site Management Staff; On-Site Maintenance Staff; Service Coordinator on Staff

Fish and birds are welcomed without a deposit. We also welcome small dogs and cats with a pet deposit. There is a limit of one animal (cat or dog) per apartment and there are certain size and breed restrictions. The pet deposit is $150.00. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
