Details: Desert Haven has 40 residential apartments for seniors 62 years of age or older or someone over the age of 18 who would benefit from the architectural features of a barrier-free apartment and is located in Odessa, Texas. Desert Haven is located near pharmacies, doctors and community shopping. Our residents enjoy frequent parties, potluck suppers, bingo, and a variety of other activities which are held in the community room. Pets are welcomed but require a deposit and there is a size limitation. Desert Haven is a smoke-free community. One Bedroom Apartments Include: Bathroom with Safety Features; Full Kitchen; Emergency Call System; Smoke Detectors; Individually Controlled Heat & Air Conditioning; Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-Site Laundry Room; Community Room with Kitchen; Outdoor Patio; Lighted Parking; Convenient to Public Transportation; On-Site Management Staff; On-Site Maintenance Staff (including after business hours)

Fish and birds are welcomed without a deposit. We also welcome small dogs and cats with a pet deposit. There is a limit of one animal (cat or dog)per apartment and there are certain size and breed restrictions. The pet deposit is the same amount as the security deposit with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $300. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
