Comment from Linda on 2014-12-15 19:58:23: Can you tell me why it takes over a week to get anything repaired or replaced in the complex. My mother lives there I've had to call myself to complain why they can not stretch the carpet, fix what needs to be fixed. She was told that if she wanted the carpet stretched that she would have to move the furniture. How can a 81 year old move furniture. That is the job of the carpet company not her. At this time she need to have her dishwasher fixed or replaced, the ice maker is not working, the toilet is still not fixed. She always pays her rent on time yet when she calls to request service on her apartment it takes over two weeks to complete. There is no excuse for not getting the work done. If it is not fixed and her carpet is not stretched I will contact someone that can help me. Linda
