Details: At 880 Forest Avenue, Deering Pavilion's seven acre wooded lot is an oasis in the midst of Portland's vibrant city life. The grounds include landscaped and lighted walking paths and gardens to enjoy during the day or evening, and large spacious parking areas to accommodate residents and their guests. Whether you are on the first floor or the eleventh, the large windows in our studio and one bedroom apartments offer panoramic views of forest, ocean, mountains or city skyline. Deering Pavilion promotes friendships and neighborhood living, with 23 common areas and community rooms. Our studio and one bedroom apartments offer residents comfortable, cozy and efficient homes. Housed within the building is family style dining, a convenience store, laundry facility, library with computers for resident's use, and a beauty salon. A media room with a big screen television and comfy seating is located next to our recreation room which features tables for crafting and visiting, and a pool table. Residents can enjoy all of the in-house amenities, and also appreciate the proximity of all the city has to offer. Apartments have bright open floor plans, large closets, and are equipped with emergency pull cords in the bathrooms and living areas. Each residential floor offers two community rooms, promoting a neighborhood feeling.
