Comment from Truthsayer on 2024-10-03 23:27:49: This is one of the crappiest apartment complex I have seen in my life. It’s full of rats, roaches, and drug addicts. High quality? Wrong. It’s low quality. Far from being high end. It is definitely not immaculately maintained. Nothing is ever fixed. Quality amenities? Nope. Appliances are 20+ years old. No wood floors. It’s cheap low quality vinyl flooring. The property manager certainly does NzOT provide quality customer service. She is a power hungry control freak. The back side floods whenever it rains. There’s a nosey old guy that’s sits in front the 300 building 20 hours out the day. He’s in everyone’s business and tells everyone’s business. If you consider a pest infestation as being immaculately maintained and carefully designed for your needs, then sure I guess this is the place for you. And no need going down to the hood to buy your drugs because there are plenty of drug dealers out there ready to dispense your street pharmaceuticals. I would recommend this place to anybody run far far far away go live in a tent you have to, but whatever you do do not move to this slum.
