Lake Worth Towers is two miles from the Atlantic Ocean and only six blocks from the cities central square. Apartments have carpet, electric appliances, intercom system for emergencies, electric, water, and in-house cable. The Management of the apartment building is reponsible for all of the maintenance and operation except the houskeeping inside the apartments. Your monthly rent will include all costs, such as taxes, utilities, repairs, decorating, etc. The front desk is staffed around the clock to respond to any emergency. This makes Lake Worth Towers a wonderful place to enjoy your golden years. All apartments have individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Wall to wall carpeting is in every apartment and hallway. Each apartment has an intercom system to meet any emergency. This beautifully landscaped facility has hobby and craft rooms, a large community room, beauty shop, shuffleboard courts and retaruant (Clary's Corner Cafe). Apartments are equipped with modern electirc kitchen appliances. Laundry facililities are on each floor and two elevators serve all floors. A closed circuit television system adds to the security and pleasure of tenants. Adequate parking spaces provided for tenants and guests all around the building.
